Hi, my name is Aaron and I'm qualified in Nutrition, Sport and Exercise Science, Gym Instructing, Personal Training. A former British champion and International Athlete.

I've always been an active person and someone who genuinely believed I could achieve anything I set my mind to. So after being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS), I was left feeling afraid of the future. I was faced with the prospect of limited capabilities and energy for my family, which came with a great sense of powerlessness.

However, out of this I began to seriously consider how my day-to-day decisions impacted my health and the world around me. I began a journey of re-evaluating my life choices and used the power, I realised I had, to make my life better through adjustments even if they were small. For example, I discovered healthy and natural alternatives I could incorporate into my diet, body care and home fitness routines.I realised these small changes had a big impact on my health.
